In the fjord around Orust, at the foot of Bredfjället, perhaps the best mussels in the world are grown. That’s where our thought started. With a restaurant, bar and the opportunity to accompany us on our expeditions, our business today extends from Lyckorna’s ancient spa environment to the miles of underwater gardens far out in the fjord. We offer taste experiences and food adventures around our most environmentally friendly delicacy, the blue mussel. In all simplicity. We cook mussels in different ways depending on the season and mood. But some things are constant. We use locally produced ingredients as often as we can and try to stick to sustainably grown and fairly produced ingredients overall. It’s about giving our fantastic mussels the best possible company. So that your taste experience is as pleasant as possible. Good stove! We like to buy some of our food from small, local growers and the range can therefore vary. Perhaps you are a producer or know someone who has a product that would fit in our kitchen?
